Welcome to Global FTF, a visionary platform dedicated to empowering the youth of Central Punjab, Pakistan, with a special focus on young women. Our mission is to equip individuals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and opportunities to achieve financial independence through technology and freelancing.
Our Founder’s Journey
I am Aqsa Mubeen, the CEO and Founder of Global FTF. The idea for this platform was conceived five years ago when I envisioned creating a space where young women from my region could gain skills, build careers, and generate passive income.
My own journey began with struggles similar to those faced by many young graduates. After completing my graduation, I was unable to work for two years due to societal constraints and family expectations. It was believed that I had no viable career prospects. However, determined to break barriers, I enrolled in an online course. Within just one month, I secured my first order on Fiverr, marking the beginning of an unstoppable journey.
Over the past five years, my hard work and dedication have led to remarkable achievements, including my selection among the Top 100 Freelancers of Pakistan. Contrary to common belief, success did not come easily—it was a result of relentless effort, late nights, and continuous learning. During this time, I also pursued further education, earning degrees in BS Computer Science (BSCS), Diploma in Homeopathic Medical Sciences (DHMS), and MA in Teacher Education. In addition, I obtained certifications in SEO, Content Writing, Marketing, Social Media Management, WordPress Development, Amazon VA, and Etsy—each of which contributed to my financial independence.
Professional Experience
Recognizing the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone, I took on various professional roles. I started as an Invigilator at British Council, followed by a position as a Lecturer at Mukabbir College, Gujrat. Within six months, I transitioned into a leadership role within the Social Media Team as a Strategy Planner and Content Creator, where I have been serving for over two years.
My expertise further expanded when I was selected as a USA Exchange Visitor, a journey that involved visiting four different states and gaining invaluable global exposure. My freelancing career also saw immense growth as I secured high-value contracts, including a PKR 200,000 project with SkyITech. I later collaborated with ZSK Digitizers and am currently working with SAT Real Estate in the UAE.
Our Vision
Global FTF was created to support young women who find themselves stuck after graduation, uncertain about their career paths. I want to send a clear message: you don’t have to step outside your home to succeed, but you do need to challenge outdated mindsets and prove that women can achieve financial independence.
Many young women believe that since marriage is their eventual goal, pursuing a job or a career is unnecessary. However, if men can continue advancing their careers after marriage, why shouldn’t women?
